ARE YOU READY TO?
To be fully in charge of station warehouse;
Perform receiving, inspection and binning of daily material/parts deliveries to the warehouse;
Ensure that parts/materials are properly stored, segregated, labeled and compliant with the current Shelf Life Programs and hazardous materials storage guidelines;
Plan layout of stockroom, warehouse and other storage areas; Prepare proper shipping documentation for domestic and international carriers;
Ensure that all parts and materials have the appropriate paperwork in accordance with the company procedures;
Coordinate with procurement/engineers on duty regarding necessary parts/materials to be prepared for daily maintenance works;
Perform annual inventory checks of dedicated warehouses.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Willingness to travel 50% of the time (worldwide);
B category driving license;
Ability to work under pressure and follow strict deadlines;
Attention to details;
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
Work experience in aviation or logistics (airfreight) organization would be considered an advantage.
