Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.
Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Manage CAMO Technical Library and records.
Review contracts within assigned activities.
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with Maintenance Management System (MMS) for upgrades.
Update MMS database as required.
Organize data entry and proper archiving of maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with regulatory retention periods.
Support Airworthiness Reviews (ARC) process.
Maintain currency of aircraft technical documents.
Control Aircraft Technical library subscriptions.
Monitor and enter airworthiness publications into MMS.
Ensure availability of Aircraft Onboard Documents.
Support and organize aircraft deliveries and redeliveries.
Assist the Head of Planning in duties and supervision.
Aeronautical university or Aviation Management degree and minimum 5 years work experience PART-145 and/or PART-M organizations.
Experience in aviation maintenance and records management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., CAME, CPM, Airworthiness Directives).
Proficiency in database management systems.
Good Knowledge of English language.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of relevant Maintenance Program of aircraft (advantage).
