Financial Analyst. Vilnius, Lithuania

Our company Locatory.com is searching for Financial Analyst with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work with others well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

Responsibilities:

-Preparation of periodic management reports;
-Participation in budgeting process, preparation of templates and providing inputs;
-Communication with accounting department to ensure timely and effective cooperation between management team and accounting department;
-Development and preparation of management reports of business activities;
-You will be responsible for main KPI monitoring and analysis;
-You will assist management with ad hoc requests;
-Close cooperation with the Group finance team to help constantly develop the Group’s finance function and contribute to its continuous improvement of reporting and other internal processes.

Requirements:

-You will be successful in this role if you are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-performing organization;
-You should have higher education in Finance, Economics, Business administration, or equivalent;
-You should have at least 1-year work experience in Finance. Experience in BIG4 firms considered as an advantage;
-You should be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word);
-Fluent English (spoken and written);
-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, do analysis and draw valid conclusions;
-Ability to play a highly proactive, participative role when working across teams, demonstrating and promoting cooperation.
